Hollywood Hills is an unofficial designated area that is part of the City of Los Angeles, California. The area overlooks Sunset Boulevard and Los Angeles´ Westside neighborhoods. Since the 1920´s, the area has seen extensive residential development which spans from the hill neighborhoods north of West Hollywood through Hollywood proper to Benedict and Coldwater Canyons.
