Toluca Lake is an upscale community located within two other distinct communities, Burbank and North Hollywood. Situated in the San Fernando Valley region of the City of Los Angeles, Toluca Lake is just 12 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. The community´s historical boundaries are Cahuenga Boulevard, Camarillo Street, Clybourn Avenue, and the Los Angeles River.
